Having spend a significant portion of our first afternoon in Belgium searching in vain for this elusive place, we were keen not to be defeated on the second attempt. It turns out that the trick to finding this picuresque building is to actually follow the correct road to the correct destination. Who knew?
Despite a very promising exteria, much of the inside of the building has been stripped bare. So, no shots of wheelchairs or hospital beds but lots of opportunity for wide angles making use of the archetecture…and in select cases, the local wildlife which was kind enough to position itself in a shot that would not be out of place on the cover of a Pink Floyd album.
We were all very pleased to finally find this one and the trip’s explores were to only get better by the day.
